Dr. Basile Brings Wealth of Experience to Rapidly Growing Patient-Centered Practice

Dermatologist Dr. Amy L. Basile, DO, MPH has been tapped to lead Dermatology Partners’ practice in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
The Mid-Atlantic’s premiere privately owned, physician-led dermatology group, Dermatology Partners has more than 30 clinics in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland offering a full spectrum of services for the detection and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails, and specializing in advanced treatments for skin cancer, contact dermatitis, hair loss, acne, and rashes.

Dr. Basile is board-certified in dermatology, with specialized training in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Contact Dermatitis Society, and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, she completed her dermatology residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor MI, a Michigan State University affiliated program.
A Connecticut native, Dr. Basile received her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She completed a Master of Public Health from Columbia University at the Mailman School of Public Health and her medical degree at Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. After training all over the country, Dr. Basile chose to settle in Pennsylvania with her husband and three school-age children.
Most recently, Dr. Basile was with Doylestown’s Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center, an affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology.
